Handcrafted Soy Sauce (Shoyu), made with soybeans/wheat Koji and Emmer Koji, an ancient grain grown in the Netherlands. Fermented and aged traditionally in barrels, this Shoyu offers a rich, savory flavor with subtle nutty notes, perfect for enhancing any dish.
